VOX Yoga is a creative exercise service that provides clients with a mental, physical, spiritual, artistic, and educational journey. The yoga instructor (certified) for this class is instructor, Jadwiga "Jedi" Spiewak.

These Hatha Yoga classes are open to the general public and take place once per week for FREE. Classes take place at Vox Culture’s facilities, every Wednesday beginning at 6:30PM and ending at 7:15PM.

No competition, no stress, just mindfulness and focus in a joyful, vibrant atmosphere through Hatha Yoga. There are numerous styles of yoga. Hatha yoga, commonly practiced in the United States and Europe, emphasizes postures, breathing exercises, and meditation.

Recent studies in people with chronic low-back pain suggest that a carefully adapted set of yoga poses may help reduce pain and improve the ability to walk and move. Studies also suggest that practicing yoga might have other health benefits such as reducing heart rate and blood pressure, and may also help relieve anxiety and depression.
