Connecting Our Local & Global Community: 'Vox Story Tellers'

Join Vox Culture over coffee/tea and sweets @ A 2nd Cup Coffee House as we host the second event of our 2016 series on Refugees, "Connecting our Local & Global Neighbors". Our February event, titled, "Vox Story Tellers" will feature several clients from our 2016 community partners: The Community Cloth, IEDA Relief, and PAIR Houston. Rather than putting energy in solely discussing the past that some of these individuals have gone through, the event will be dedicated towards these individuals sharing their vision of THEIR FUTURE!

The goal of this event is to find ways to support these individuals in their goals/dreams, and listen to some of the challenges and/or positives that they have had in achieving or attaining their ambitions. A Q&A may follow. More details to be announced soon!

Please note that the purchase of any drink or food item at A 2nd Cup goes towards benefiting the work of human trafficking organizations across Houston.... so if you attend, you are practically supporting two causes in 1 event. This event will take place on Saturday, February 27 from 1:30PM-3:00PM @ A 2nd Cup (1111 E 11th Street, Houston, TX 77009).
